Lloyd Weber

Lloyd graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1981 with a Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education and in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. After working in London, Ontario for a few years Lloyd moved out west and continued his career while working in Fort McMurray, Edmonton and Calgary where he opened his first practice in 1987. Lloyd is presently the president of Panther Sports Medicine and the clinic director at the South Fish Creek location. He has extensive knowledge and training in orthopaedic, spinal, and sports injuries and is on the Spinal manipulation roster of the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta. Lloyd has been involved in the soccer community as a coach, trainer, player and as an educator in the prevention of soccer injuries. He has attended numerous international conferences on soccer injuries and is certified under the Sportmetrics program for the prevention of ACL injuries from the U.S.A. Apart from soccer he also enjoys golfing and hiking.

Scott Sherman

Scott Sherman graduated in 1991 from the University of Saskatchewan and began working as an outpatient physical therapist in Calgary. He has an extensive background in hockey working with SAJHL, WHL, Olympic, and NHL level players. He also has an extensive golf background playing at a national level as a junior and maintaining a scratch handicap at the mens level. He received his Part B Manipulative Therapy certification in 1995 and Gunn IMS in 2000. His interests lie primarily in the treatment and management of acute and chronic spinal disorders. He also has treated TMJ disorders since graduating and has numerous years of experience treating both surgical and non-surgical patients. The majority of his clientele are post-motor vehicle accident patients. He has been co-owner/director of Panther Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Centres for 20 years and contributed immensely to their growth and development.

Matthew Vyse

After completing an Honors Degree in Human Biology at the University of Guelph, Matthew was accepted into the Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto, where he graduated in 1984.After five years of practice in rehabilitation and general hospitals, he completed his Master of Clinical Science (Physical Therapy) at the University of Western Ontario. While at the University of Western Ontario, he published three academic articles in journals related to Physical Therapy. Matthew entered private practice in 1985, and has been an owner / director since that time, joining Panther Sports Medicine in 1999. His areas of interest include orthopaedic, spinal and sports injuries. In 2002, Matthew received his Certificate in Medical Acupuncture from the University of Alberta. This was followed by certification in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation by the Institute for the Treatment and Study of Pain (Vancouver). Matthew is on the Needling and Spinal Manipulation roster of the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta, and is a member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine.
